This week has been lit!!
Highlights:
- Passed by Torreorgaz (a pueblo of Cáceres, where a red head monja went there and had kids and then slowly all of the people started becoming redheads), and it is indeed true, it's like Spanish Ireland there, I fit right in.
- Transfer News!! Elder Oporto and I are staying in Cáceres for a 3rd 😎
- Peruvian food
Monday:
Super lit P-day and exchange with Elder Robinson and Elder Zúñiga. Got some delicious churros and chocolate and played some BANG.
Martes:
Lit exchange w/ Elder Robinson, and a super good NDH w/ Angel Zurdo and his family. Got home a little late because there was a fire on the freeway so we had to go back through the pueblos, including Torreorgaz.
Miercoles:
Super good lesson w/ Jose and a great NDH w/ Ronald and Georgina.
Thursday:
Grinded out contacts and moved all the stuff from the baptism back to the new local.
Friday:
Went and helped dig some trenches and pick weeds for Angel Zurdo's garden, and went to Sevilla for exchanges w/ the ZL's
Saturday:
Lit exchanges w/ the ZL's, had to take a train, bus, and train back to Cáceres because the tracks were cut for some reason. Found Raphael and Patricia, from Brazil and the DR, and Raphael wanted to come to church on Sunday.
Domingo:
Best day of every week. Picked up Raphael in the morning, and Jose came as well to church. Went and visited Celia and Carlos, and Carlos accepted a baptismal date!! Please pray for him to be able to be baptized the 12th of June 🙏🙏
Hoje:
I don't have much time, but I testify that this is the church of joy. Jesus Christ is joy. Repentance brings joy. I invite you all to turn to Him, repent and forsake your sins, and be perfected in Him. I know and testify that you will feel true love and joy as you do so. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
